I started Newly because I was running on empty.
I was working long hours, sleeping terribly, and living on coffee. I tried everything, different supplements, better sleep hygiene, even therapy. Nothing touched the root problem.
So I went all in. I spent months studying adaptogenic mushrooms, cortisol science, and what the research actually says about burnout. I looked at every study I could find. Then I developed a two-part system around what the science pointed to.
